INAPLANETANYAN - ALIEN

This image was created in collaboration with the talented Alina Korotkova. After a little obsession with the idea of aliens, we decided to make a T-shirt design for everpress.com.

We wanted the alien to look somewhat realistic, but obscured by the observation medium (the low quality camera). We are both kind of drawn to those internet videos of UFO sightings and I think what is so interesting about them is the lack of information. Because there is so little, it prods your imagination to consider what you might be looking at. It is a creative exercise.
